Most new business owners who join us have no previous experience running our type of business. Therefore we provide everything you need to start trading .
Our comprehensive training is initially conducted over three days at our Sydney office. During this time our goal is to familiarise you with the industry, products, software and machinery.
At this stage you are now ready with our continued support to start trading. However we know that you still need a lot more support and most owners find that the real training begins after the initial training period.
It's not uncommon for us to work with you on just about every production and sales call in for the first few months. We have found that it takes about three months until an owner is fully up to speed. So... we are there to help, and are always available to assist in your progress.
There are no ongoing training fees and alike and all we request is a once only fee of $2 500 per annum in updating software and assisting with marketing programmes. There's quite a job in updating suppliers details into our quoting software and running the product sourcing division etc and the fees are purely there as a support to assist with ongoing training, marketing materials, website hosting, product sourcing and buyer network membership. This fee is purely optional but without it we cannot extend the above.
We are not a franchise and each owner operates under his or her own name so that you are building your own asset and not ours! There are no royalties or compulsory fees and each owner does not need to adhere to any guidelines at all.
